Important Notice!

On the 22nd March 2022 the new rules regarding SCA (Secure Customer Authentication) and 3D Secure V2 came into force which will affect how you take card payments from your guests.

Whilst the online or guest facing process is fully compliant with these new rules, the MOTO (taking a card payment over the phone and placing card details in yourselves) is not. As a result, this feature has now been removed. We recommend that you direct your guest to your guest login area to enable them to make an online payment themselves.

If you would like to take payments in person using Stripe, they do offer a Stripe Terminal or you can enable a virtual terminal within your Stripe account in order to take payments which Stripe can turn on for you.
